Mr. Kevin Fortier has paid for atv, atv was then shipped from manufacturer and I sold 5 of them, everyone else has gotten them, but he says he hasnt, Tiger Int. has been notified, but Mr. Fortier is a definate thief, and needcs to be watched, I believe he has recieved the atv, but trying to scam me for the money back, I will only refund him if I can show he hasnt recieved it. I am VERY UPSET. He will be handled accordingly as well.

I have read through this report and looked at the images included by Kevin in his responses to you. In your last posting, in Feb 2007, you said:

However, in Kevins response dated 1/21/2005 he included screen prints detailing not only that PayPal ATTEMPTED to refund his money BUT YOU DIDN'T HAVE THAT MUCH IN YOUR ACCOUNT, but that YOU REFUSED TO COOPERATE WITH PAYPAL AND NEVER RESPONDED TO THEM.
If you have proof that PayPal refunded him his money from YOUR ACCOUNT, please provide us with a screen print of such transaction.
You also say:

You sent a subpeona? You filed charges? For slander? Not possible since slander is verbal and LIBEL is written. Where did you file the charges for these crimes and what proof did you provide?

PayPal would never tell you anything about his account. Period.

I hope I got his address right, I did use the same one the ATV was delivered to. I sent him a Subpeona to court for slander and attempted internet fraud. The local Tupper Lake pd should have delivered them. I paid like 30+ to have it done. Just so you all know, this isnt the 1st time kevin has attempted to Scam someone on telling them they never recieved what he ordered, Even Pay pal has a record of them, quite a few actually, although they wouldnt tell me any more than that, oh and kevin forgot to tell you, Paypal even paid him back his money becouse he went thru paypal! And still was able to scam 100.00 from me.
Read what kevin put on here from pay pal. He was returned the money from them. I already provided proof to Paypal. Unfortunatly, I dont have a scanner or else I would have posted the copy of his signature confirmation. But hey you know what he has two weeks till court. Hope he has a nice trip here........ I am looking forward to meeting him in person!

im so sorry to hear that Mr stiel scammed you.we won an auction for a mini atv just before xmas...a gift for our son.however what Mr stielneglected to disclose is that he never even had the item he was auctioning off on hand.the auctions catch phrase was "what a xmas gift"and in the ad,he indacated that he would be shipping it prioity immediatley upon payment.
i made payment via paypal just minutes after the auction closed and inquired as to when the item would receive.{mind you he lives in tennesse and we are in Arkansas}his response was for me to allow 3-4 weeks.3-4WEEKS!?!
I couldnt believe it!! i could walk to his house and back in less than 3-4 weeks and would have gladly driven to pick it up.When i asked about his definition of "priority",it was then that the story began to unfold. he claimed the manufacturer,not him recieved payment and they then shipped the merchendise to him from japan and because of customs and it being the holidays, priority was 3-4 weeks. hogwash!!!
paypal confirmed that the payment went directley to him, not some japanese manufacturer.Nevermind had the man actually put the information in the auction listing,we would have gone right past it. Anyway, I immediatley notified my bank, paypal,ebay and paid for a square trade mediator to get involved afterwhich I received a full refund.

As far as I know, he has ripped off a lot of ebayers,until now. I paid $545.00 to this scum bag for a mini atv, which I never received. Nor was it ever shipped. This was a Christmas present for my grandson. Check him out on ebay. His ID is dstiel05.
