I recently had three interviews with Kevin Parker, who also goes by Donnelle Brown. He claims to be a lawyer and is starting a consulting business called Home Owners N Distress, with other lawyers and real estate agents and home owners to help with distressed properties in forclosure, bankruptcy, etc. After my second interview I was given homework to do that I would be paid for by the hourly wage that was agreed upon. This homework granted me access to his email account.
In his account I found further information where he claimed to be a mortgage broker in a few states: North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. There are other emails that state him claiming to be an employee of the financial corporation, Ocwen, that handles home mortgages. As well as the assignment that I was not paid for. I was also tasked with findind Mr. Parker an office to operate out of in Atlanta, georgia. I was not paid for this work either.
After reaching out to another customer/business partner of his who he owes money to; Kevin refused to pay me for the work I have done. This man is a con artist and has now left me unemployed. He has several e-mail addresses and phone numbers. He manipulates oher individuals into helping him and then he flees once confronted. He has tried to scam others in Florida and in North Carolina. There are other rip-off reports about this man. If you have also communicated with Mr. Parker I would urge you to file another report.

He scammed me too

i am Marcell Rogers and Kevin Parker and I are not business associates. He was suppose to train me on real estate and how to purchase foreclosed properties. he asked me for money upfront for training and establishing a legitimate business only to string me along and send me on wild goose chases. He had me find a broker(Bru Krebs)as part of my training only to find out that he was trying to have the broker do unethical and illegal business practices. I had no previous knowledge of any of his prior dealings and am angry that I ever had anything to do with him. He scammed me out of money and time. Everything I read in the other reports is consistent with how he has been with me. He and I are not business partners and I would never knowingly engage in any scam to defraud anyone of anything. He used me like he did everyone else and uses the same excuses he has with everyone else. I'm happy Bru Krebs alerted me to what he was doing and his alias. it's unfortunate that he preys on people and takes advantage of them. Do not trust him!!!! He's a major scammer and con artist. He goes back and forth between Atlanta and Washington DC.

This guy and his business partner Marcell Rogers came to my office claiming to be working with some distressed income people with the short sales of their homes. As time progressed I began to realize he was doing nothing of the sort except trying to obtain these peoples proeprties by getting them listed and never presenting the deals to the bank then misleading everyone to the contrary. HE seems to travel in and out of town a lot and one client who fired him indicated the he told her he left the ocuntry a lot. She also indicated that he had done her bankruptcy filing for her but not filed it properly at all and she was dismissed and had to hire an attorney to fix all the problems. I personally found Mr. Parker to be very dishonest and did not know the law or the meanings of a lot of the words he used. I am currently filing suit against him and complaints with the state authorities, so if you think this might be the same guy, I would love to know about that.
