I ordered the Natural Cures books for $19.90 shipping only, they never came. but they charged me on my American Express. I cancelled my American Express got a new card number. Since, they tried to recharge me and for a $9.95 monthly newsletter unasked for. Kevin Trudeau, the personality behind the book actually did 2 years in Federal prison in the 1990's for scamming American Express over $100,000 on customer accounts and they still allow him to charge more. The number to cancel, 800 240-3417 is a wait over 1 hour each time I called, no one comes on. It is a shell game, charging hundreds to unsuspecting customers who charge on their checking or debit accounts. Cancel the accounts and open new ones*** The FTC again filed a week ago a contempt order against Mr. Trudeau and his backers/pertnets to stop the fraud. See this on line at www.ftc.gov Put in Kevin Trudeau, ITV Direct, Direct Marketing Concepts, some of the names they use.

I AM A FORMER EMPLOYEE OF ITV BOTH A SALES REP, AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. I GOT FIRED BECAUSE I REFUSED TO COMPLY ANYMORE AND GIVE CUSTOMERS FALSE INFORMATION ON REFUNDS. WE WERE OVER WHELMED WITH 1,000'S OF CALLS EVERYDAY FROM CUSTOMERS LIKE YOURSELF THAT WANTED REFUND FOR CHARGES ON THERE BANK ACCOUNTS/CREDIT CARDS. WE WERE TOLD TO BASICALLY SAY THAT THERE REFUNDS WOULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO SHOW ON STATEMENTS, BUT THAT YOU WOULD RECIEVE THEM FORM SURE. HOWEVER THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. WHEN KEVIN TRUDEAU CAME TO ITV/ DIRECT MARKETING, WE ASSUMED ALL OF HIS PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS FROM SHOP AMERICA AND THE SOFTWARE THAT WE RECIEVED FOR THE COMPUTER SYSTEMS CHARGED ALL HIS PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS THAT HAD CANCELLED YEARS PRIOR AND CHARGED THEM AGAIN, SOME UP TO 1500.00 DOLLARS.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS THIS, ATTEMPT TO CALL CS AT LEAST ONCE SO THAT THERE IS A RECORD IN THEIR SYSTEMS OF YOU CALLING AND ON WHAT DATE AND TIME, THEN CALL YOUR BANKS AND CREDIT CARD COMPANYS AND PUT THE CHARGES INTO DISPUTE. ITV/DIRECT MARKETING , WILL THEN BE REQUIRED TO SERVE TO YOUR BANKS/CC's A RECORDED PHONE CALL IN WHICH YOU AGREED TO BEING CHARGED.
