Key Bank NA, Key Bank Pacific, Vicki Esparza, JR Perez, Tom Curisso, Scott Scirakus Charged off a loan paid 36 months IN ADVANCE after 6 months, then put it on my credit file 11 times using slightly different department names Thornton Colorado

I had an auto loan I PRE PAID for 3 years. I put $9000 into my account to pay $250/mo for 36 months. After a couple months, they called saying it's late, then fixed it, than appologised. It was on my credit as late. Then this happens again, same bank error again, they reported on my credit again as late. After 6 months, they charged it off....even though it was PRE-PAID for 3 years. They applied the remaining part of the $9000 as principle, and charged off $600 and said that was the balance. Even after 2 more years, and countless phone calls (I've called them hundreds of times) they still won't fix it and now deny any bank error they have admitted in making...even as recently as a week ago.

I spoke with someone who was supposedly the senior VP, Scott Scirakus, and he said this would be fixed. He lied. They all lie. I spoke with Tom Curisso, one of Scott's goones...he lied too. The branch managers, Vicki Esparza and JR Perez, are both complete idiots and would never fix this mistake they were partially responsible for as well. After making this payment, I was given the title to the vehicle I had financed. I have sold the truck (now almost 3 years ago) and they have reported it to the credit bureaus 11 TIMES as repossessed. Why would Vicki Esparza have given me the title if they were going to charge it off and report it as repossessed?

All of these people should be fired for complete incompetence, ignorance, malicious behavior, and neglect. After speaking with Pattrick (no last name) in the executive relations department, he would admit not fault of the bank since they have no sold this "debt" to many collection agencies, some of which are simply internal departments, and they say they can't fix it.

Key Bank (including Key Bank, Key Bank NA, Key Bank Pacific, etc) have reported this same loan 11 times on my credit report. Although this is highly illegal, they won't do anything to fix it.

DO NOT EVER EVER, EVER, EVER, E-V-E-R do business with these idiots. They will screw up your credit and won't do anything about fixing it.
