I have no choice but to pay the fees and close the account.
Key Bank Ripped me off and there is nothing I can do about it.

POSTED: Sunday, November 27, 2011The powers that be saw fit to nanny irresponsible people by mandating AUTOMATIC OPT OUT of debit card overdraft services. In other words, unless you ASK for the bank to pay your debit card overdrafts, it wouldn't happen.
This one is on YOU. Not only did you fail to track your purchases properly, but YOU asked for the bank to cover them and the costs that accompany the service.
No rip-off here...
