Keys Backyard Hot Tub/spa bad company and poorly made hot tub Garland Texas

I have owned this hot tub for less than 3 years. I have 7 jets that have come apart. I had a heater element housing that had to be replaced. The speakers do not go down or up anymore. The circulation jet in the bottom has fallen off. The headrest pillows do not attach anymore. The radio cover that sits in the tub fell off. 3 out of 4 radio buttons, tuner and volume control, have fallen off. We are on our 2nd cover.

the first times I contacted technical support it was a nightmare..Good ole India support services and the corporate office never got the message till I called back 2 weeks later.

Keys did go bankrupt and were bought out by infinity spa. It took 6 weeks before I was able to get a call back from infinity spa's. there is one guy down there that deals with the old keys products. After I contacted him it still took 3 weeks, and numerous phone calls down there to get a response from him. I was also given a "false" email address for him by another employee, which could have been an honest mistake. I don't really think they care too much about the old products or past customers. I am not sure how others that have purchased infinity spas are treated but good luck trying to get any support or help out of them if you purchased your tub prior to 2007.

Overall I should have spent my money elsewhere with a company that stands behind their product. These day and ages it is a wonder that any company stays in business, but I would be curious to see what the downfall of keys backyard was it another enron? Keep in mind, the company boasts over 53 million dollars in sales with Home Depot towards these spas according to the sales pamphlet at home depot.
