so 2 months later i happen to be looking through my contract and paper work from the dealership,when i noticed an optional service contract that was pulled out of my down payment which was a trade in for $6000.00 credited for downpayment, but due to this contract $1895.00 went to that service contract.
so i called the company of the service contract to ask why i hadent recieved any paper work or id card for this service they told my i was denied and i never had been provided with there service . kia of riverside never called me or let me know of this, so i called kia of riverside and let them know about the refund they owe me, and still have not got back to me.
