On 9-26-07, I decided to contact my daughter's photocenter in which kids.com recommended for her 9 month pictures.
My wife and I signed up our daughter with kids.com about six months ago in the Cherry Hill, NJ office. We paid the fee for the contract. We actually did participate in one photo shot in NYC. However, we did not get called back for the second rounds.
So today I called the Photocenter and was advised that kids.com has not been communicating with them for the last 3 weeks! Great!
Later, I went to the website which is still running. I contacted the North New Jersey office. I called and found this number is disconnected! Here we go!
I then went to my daughter's file and contacted the Cherry Hill Office which was disconnected. Sucker!
Well, I am going to file several complaints with this company. I did some research and found Mike Bagwell's cell phone number 973-903-9561. He is one of the CEO's. I actually called and spoke with him. He played dumb stating that he does not work for the company anymore. He admitted the company has closed and don't know why. He is a joke. He hung up on me when I told him that his phone number was posted.
I hope everyone can file a class action lawsuit. Its sad that a company has to use children to be deceptive.

I know many people have been ripped off by Kids.com since they folded and bankrupted.
Has anyone been informed about a Class Action lawsuit?
