Killer Motorsports A Christmas Disaster Internet

I found Killer Motorsports online looking for a go kart that my son would be able to ride off road & also fit his weight category. The Baja 49 cc green & black go kart was perfect. Selling for $549. They also had a give away of free gloves w every purchase. This was to be my sons Christmas gift.

I noticed when I got my email receipt that I wasn't charged $549.00 but $594.00. I called Scott the salesman I had bought the go kart from, his excuse was oops sorry I thought it was $594.00. It took a week and half to get back my $50.

It arrived in a box that had obviously been opened & returned. There were many bolts missing but since there were no directions I didn't know what else to look for. I called several times & got annoyed service manager Wayne who is never around when you call. He said he would send me a new one right away and it would take 5-8 days to come due to the holiday and that I needed to call fed ex for them to pick up the damaged box that had nothing to do w Killer Motorsports that it was a Fed ex issue. However it was UPS who had delivered. I also hadn't received my free gloves. Wayne told me they were on their way.

Several calls later re labels they said they would send me I waited for the new cart that is now past Christmas ...8 days it never came nor did my UPS label. Another call to Wayne who now denies he said he was sending me a new go kart or label...I flipped w my best NY accent I could muster. ...Wayne did call UPS to set up pickup of my damaged box but refused to send me a new one till he received the damaged one. Another two weeks and I finally got my new go kart delivered by Fed ex.

But again the box is opened - although this time the parts box was intact w a lot more parts than the last box. But no directions. We did manage to get it all put together... & start it up. I minute later ...the chain came off.

When you call Killer Motorsports they do have a service dept but they never ans. I left a message & they emailed me to call Scooter X the manufacturer. I did...they don't have directions but are trying to write them up for all their go karts. And if I call later maybe some one can talk me through fixing the chain.

So my poor son still doesn't have a Christmas gift and I'm ready to scream. Do not use Killer Motorsports because they will KILL YOU. PS...we never did receive the gloves.
