After complaining over and over about "assembled and fully inspected", they finally refunded me the $450 for the service or more appropriately lack thereof after I told them I was going to open a dispute with Amex if they didnt. This model is now a stock item at Tractor Supply Nationally and while you will pay a little more up front, you will save in the end since TS actually does assemble and test them thoroughly and they provide a much better warranty. I wouldn't call Killer Motorsports crooks, just incompetent. I should have just ordered it crated and assembled it myself. Half the bolts on the unit were only hand right when I received the unit. Not just "not tight enough" but literally hand tight - it looks like someone put them on and never got around to using a wrench to tighten them up. The list of assembly screw ups goes on and on and on. This. Is a ridiculously easy unit to assemble but not idiot proof so I suppose if you have idiots doing the work.... Under no circumstances should anyone buy from them unless you are willing to assemble it yourself. And I still can't figure out how you can screw up color coded electrical connections. Brown does not go to blue.
