We owned a business for over 6 years.  Very clean record with the BBB.  In fact ZERO complaints.  Along comes an idot from Florida complaining I/we committed fraud and stole his money.  When in reality, we refunded the guy EVERY penny and within 3 days.  We showed proof to the BBB.  We even Fed/Ex virtually the entire file.  First, Kim Burge of BBB never showed any concerned, never wanted to talk to me and I could tell never even review what was sent. 

We told Kim Burge the truth of what happened and she should have tossed out the complaint.

Instead, she marked my business as unresponsive to the allegations.  And, I'm like excuse me.  What the HECK am I supposed to say when some is lying????  THE GUY IS LYING RIGHT.... 

We said the complaint was malicious and false. We provided proof.  She would not return my phone calls, but she talked to the idiot in Florida, who by the way we are suing for defamation and other acts I won't disclose here.  Anyway, the idiot in Florida likes to rant and vent but it's all a guise to cover up what he's really doing, because he owes money to people, but Kim Burge is so caught up in her crap, she won't see it.

Kim Burge showed indifference, bias, unfairness and abuse of her power.

Don't give any membership money to this non-profit scam organization.  She gave this idiot more room to express his continue defamation on the internet because Kim Burge was engulfed with indifference, bias, unfairness and abuse of her power.  From other rumors I've heard it also smells of racism.

We are very disappointed with the BBB.   We can not recommend them at all.

We have filed a complaint to their head organization and the FTC...

The above posting was in complete error, inappropriate and wrong.  We were victims of elaborate emails from Robert Rowe of Florida in an attempt to put us at great odds with Kim Burge and the BBB.  We 100% and voluntarily recant all statements above.  We deeply and publicly apologize to Kim Burge and the BBB.  Further, we have made amends with Kim Burge and the BBB as we are deeply embarrassed.
