However, that was a complete lie. No arrangements were made at all. She has ignored all of my attempts to contact her to discuss a refund of my money. She had a wonderfully talented group of individuals in the Reno area that she ripped off and left high and dry. I am now attempting mediation and if that doesn't work (which I doubt it will) I will sue her in small claims court.
She may have a heart of gold when it comes to her kids down in Vegas, but she broke the hearts of many children up here in Reno.

I am sure Ripoff Report has many valid and truthful complaints but it is also full of misleading, dishonest, "complaints" that are posted with absolutely no proof at all. This can be very hurtful to businesses and individuals. It is a shame that there is not a better system for proving the validity of posts.

I want to report, as a former employee that John Robert Powers of Reno, NV did get shut down by the police dept. Justine Reyes was the Director of Operations. She ran the school. She not only ripped off the clients by taking money (knowing that the school was closing) but she ripped off the employees as well.
I was the Promotional Director. I was promised bonuses, which I very rarely received. I was never allowed any of the money that was supposed to go to the promotional dept. and I have recently learned that Ms Justine Reyes has opened a new business in Reno "Take 2 Performers Studio" I also have been recently informed that Justine Reyes sold my "leads" to another company KidScapeProductions.
Please read the following: This was an email that I recenty received by another employee.
Actually, I was called for an interview to work as a coach at KidScapeProductions. I met with Christiana. She's the owner of KidScapeProductions and she was telling me that Kristen and Justine were always selling all of the leads. What Kristen and Justine would do was call up all of our leads and after they would make money out of them they would sell that information to KidScapeProductions!
So this whole time Kristen and Justine aren't only at JRP ripping the Promotional Department off, but they're also ILLEGALY defrauding Kim Flowers, by selling the company's owned client's information to KidScapeProductions!
This is the new co that Justine Reyes has in Reno!! Also in a Reno Gazette Journal interview given by Justine Reyes She says that she left JRP prior to the closing, etc. NOT TRUE!!!!!!

This person may not refund you the money.. but will definitely honor your contract and try to do something for you! I have read it all on this website.. Kim stole from me, Kim this and Kim that!
Well duh! We all already know what Kim Flowers did! We already know she's an ignorant unprofessional individual that'll at any cost ignore you until you stop trying!
She didn't just do that to people she would sign contracts with! She would also do very rude and unprofessional things to the staff! In the past I've probably responded with answers and offered help to get people in touch with the actual person that was or may still be fighting Kim Flowers about what she did!
But does anyone take those answers and help that I've offered seriously?! NO! Ofcourse not! As a former JRP Reno employee I know many MANY things about this place!
I could tell you how some of their things were dishonest, unprofessional and even in details as to why I quit! But you people that want help and post here should start trying to get a hold of me!
Reply to this and give me a hint as to how to discreetly email you personal information of the people you can get a hold of to see what can be done about your unfulfilled contracts and the thousands of dollars you have lost! That's all I can say.. otherwise.. good luck going on this on your own!
