Kim Knights ReMax Kim Knights Landlord Refuses to discuss dispute of security deposit hold Tampa, Florida

Ms. Knights withheld a portion of our security deposit. We asked about why she withheld the deposit, she stated that there was dirt behind the refrigerator, dirt behind the stove and some of the base boards had dust. We attempted to discuss the dispute with Ms. Knights, using a court appointed mediator. Up to this point Ms. Knights refuses to discuss the issue and is alleging additional unfounded accusations. This is the type of landlord everyone should stay away from. Anyone who is trying to be a professional or has an honest claim would welcome a discussion to resolve a dispute. Unfortunately, Ms. Knight is neither a professional nor honest. Fair warning to everyone who is considering doing business with Ms. Knights; Stay AWAY!!!
