Kimberlyclark corporation Infringement on Patent of Sanitary napkin Irving, Texas

February 1984 my wife Amanda Malfitano was granted a patent No.4,433,972 for a new design for sanitary napkins. This napkin was contoured and hour glass shaped. no napkin at the time existed with this unique use for women. We approached Johnson & Johnson for a written agreement that they would manufacture this sanitary napkin with us as royalty receivers. Then the atty for Johnson & Johnson said that they would persue a lawsuit together with we the patent holder against Kimberly-clark corp.

Fifteen minuets after telling us that we together would sue Kimberlyclark Corp, Johnson & Johnson told us we would have to persue this lawsuit alone. They had made a seperate deal with Kimberly clark corp.leaving us out in the cold. We did not have the funds to persue this lawsuit against Kimberlyclark corp, and we had only 4 more years out of seventeen years for a patents time to Licensence any other Manufacture in this line of product. So we sold the last remaining years to Johnson & Johnson with the agreemnt we had previously signed with them.

We were cheated by both with the insidous misleading on the part of Johnson & Johnson for telling us they were going to sue Kimberlyclar Corp, and Kimberlyclark infringeing on our Patent. we today would be billionaires to say the least, no court in the land  would have  allowed this criminal action on the part of both corporations.
