As an ex-employee of Kindercare, after reading the numerous complaints directed at the company, it has become apparent that the deceit and corruption permeates throughout the entire management structure of this company! I can relate to almost every situation mentioned at my center alone! This is nation-wide!

I think it is time that the parents are made aware of the truth that this company cares about the money only and unlike what we are brainwashed to repeat, "children first" is the farthest thing from their minds. Same problem with KLC in Fresno/Clovis, CA too!!

We have the same problem with the KinderCare I work at in the Fresno/Clovis area of California. My directors were doing nothing about the problems, so I complained to Corporate, and got no response. I've been told that other teachers/parents who have complained to them also got no response in the past. Now I recently complained to the Cal/OSHA Division of Occupational Safety and Health, and hopefully they will respond! Several of the issues are Health and Safety related, and need to be resolved. You are correct in saying that they only care about money. The main reason they ignore these problems is because of money. But these are kids we are talking about, and it shouldn't be ignored!! The teachers are also in danger, and they just don't care!! The money is more important to them. Something needs to be done!!
