I placed a order on May 8, 2009 for a Egyptian Pharaoh Sword Cane. The order was accepted on May 11th. On May 18th i sent them a email about my order and requesting a shipping confirmation number and received the following email from the company:

"The King of Swords (KOS) website contains more than 7,000 items for our customers. While we do attempt to maintain stock of our most popular items, many of our items are ordered from our suppliers on an "as-needed" basis. Our website clearly indicates that standard shipping time should be expected within 14 BUSINESS days (we don't work weekends) from the date your order is accepted. We also ask that if you need the item sooner than that you let us know in the comments section of your order. Your order is currently in our fulfillment que and we will update you as we continue to process your order. We usually ship by USPS and Fedex and will provide tracking information on your order when it is available.
To help us do our best to assist you, please reply to this e-mail address with any question or requests for information on your order. Thank you for your business. King of Swords"

I never receive a shipping confirmation number nor did i receive anything after the 14 days. I tried to call the number but all i get is a answering machine and no one will call you back. I sent emails with no response, so i decided to cancel the order on June 15th. I then received the following email:

"Your order has been canceled per your request. A refund will be issued to you as soon as possible. Kind Regards, King of Swords"

On July 7th I still haven't receive my refund so I called them (no answer or call back) and I emailed them. I received the following response:

"Thank you for your inquiry. Your e-mail has been forwarded to our accounting department with a request to have your refund processed as quickly as possible. When your refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email. Kind Regards, King of Swords"

Now, today is August 4th!!!! Still no call back and now they will not answer my emails!! This place is a scam and never order anything from this website! I am working with my bank on getting my refund now. If anyone is placing a lwsuit on this company or know of one, please let me know. I want in!!!!
