well, it never happened, i canyacted them several times, called, over 6 emails and all they did was to send me an email comfirming a cancelation of order and a statement regarding a full refund of my order sometime in the future!
its been over 4 months and i have not received a refund for almost $100 and they never answered my phone calls or several emails!
so i decided to never purchase more products from them and alert other customers of their fraudulent refund/cancellation policy!
i have proof of every purchase i made and the email they sent me acknowledging my cancellation and future refunf which never ocurred!
