Read all of my rebuttals on the other posts regarding Mike and Gene Scher. Their customers got off easy compared to the bounced checks, unapaid taxes, and personal devastation Mike and Gene willingly, and happy brought upon their employees. Some were smart and ran like hell, others were suckered in by their lies, and worse, others believed in them and did everything they could to help fix the broken company. Of course Mike and Gene blamed everyone else for the failure of the various company names they operated under, but it looks more like the money was going off in other directions. It was really interesting to find that Modern Vision Media purchased an old College Dorm building in Minnesota after the business closed down and left the employees with bounced paychecks and back owed pay totaling over $35,000.00.

But they could buy a building?

What about the shell companies, trusts, and off-shore accounts that one discovers when one starts really digging into these two men (I would use gentlemen, but I would throw up after using such a word in conjunction with these two low lives).

And let us not forget the unpaid federal payroll taxes, the unpaid California payroll and unemployment taxes, and the unpaid payroll taxes in Connecticut 

Although I am sure that some of the people who worked for them got taken care of. Gene and Mike's assistant, and Mikes girlfriend, and their friend in Connecticut.  But everyone else was left high and dry with not a single true apology or an offer to make things right.

I will be writing about Mike and Gene Scher till my dying day to let everyone know just how despicable these two men are.
