Kingsdown Mattress Mattress sagging after a month, warranty useless Delray Beach Florida

We complained to the factory, sent us a kit for testing, and they came back saying is normal and is performing as designed, and they will not cover the warranty, since 2 inch sagging is considered normal without weight, now imagine this with weight. They told me the have been making mattress for 100 years, and they know what they are doing.
This warranty this just a joke, They only cover structural damage beyond an arbitrary set point of 2 inches.
Complained again, and they sent a subcontractor and he said that the materials are shifting. Again I got a letter from Kingsdown, stating that the mattress is performing as designed.
Stay away please. Please stay away from KINGSDOWN MATTRESS. Once you buy it and turns defective you have to give it to your dog to sleep in. They said there is noting they can do. They do not warrant comfort.
