Kigsdown Mattress is a pure joke. After having the first saggin mattress replace by a mattress of lesser quality from my first purchase. The second mattress has begun to sag. We made our purchase from Sleepys. They give us a "song and dance". The mattress you receive is not the same quality mattress that is demonstrated in the store. Could this be a bait and switch? It is hard to understand a company like Kingsdown would have Sleepys as their sales representative or is Sleepys some kind of a subsiderary of Kingsdown.
It has become very frustrating to get stuck with such a reputable company as Kingsdown. Kingsdown and Sleepys needs to pay for such irresponsibilty to the consumer.
