within a month the mattress was sagging on one side.
the mattress was rotated according to manufacture's instructions.
the sag did not go away.
the representative was contacted and a contractor came out,twice to do measurements.
his measurements did not agree with our measurements.
after several doctor visits and tests,do to the sagging of the mattress,
we had to purchase a different mattress.
this companies policy of defective products is a lot of bull.
we refuse to pay the remaining balance because of their deceptive ways.
