I bought a piece of clothing. I received a confirmation email but on my account with them it says I've never placed an order. I was charged, and after emails and voicemails its now almost an entire week and I can't reach them. Not to mention. If you google their name you'll see complaints about people never receiving merchandise they paid for

 Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Seriously, do you really think that there is someone at this company is saying..well they only e-mailed me 72 times, so I am going to wait until they do it a 73rd time before I respond.  This is really simple.  If you have attempted to contact them and they are not responding.  Contact your Credit Card Company and dispute the charge.  If it was a fradulent transaction your CC will reverse the charge.
