Kiwi Services was NOT LICENSED to do mold remediation in the state until October 2008. You can contact the Secretary of State for the State of Texas as I did. This means all the work Kiwi did in my home for Ike was unlicensed. Kiwi's claim of using the Governers Declaration for the hurricane is false. The state ONLY allowed this exclusion for unlicensed companies to assist home owners with cleaning and trash removal, not mold remediation.
Kiwi of Carrolton also recently filed a claim ( sent a bill ) with my insurance carrier that contained false information . ( sorry I can't say more ) However I assure you, the carrier is fully aware and is taking the appropriate steps to protect themselves from this fraud. Insurance carriers take fraud very seriously and even have special units to handle this.
( OP/ED ) The filing of these false docs. along with Kiwi not paying their folks shows a pattern of desperation, a serious need for cash and poor business practices. Perhaps Hassan is on the verge of losing his luxury car. That would be a shame.
