They claim to be a company of gamers for gamers, but in reality they are a money grubbing company that cares nothing for there customers or about customer satisfaction. The least of there doings is that they apperently care nothing for the longevity of their company. What I mean is, they rob customers blind when you pay for there virtual goods sometime so badly that you dont even recieve anything at all even a responce to your requests for answer. Then if you try to post on thier forums about that fact that they robbed you and when you tried going through the proper customer support channels they ignore you... you get blocked almost immediatly on the forums and your thread gets deleted. Anything you post that might paint kixeye in a negative light is deleted or locked. They practice there own form of dictatorship.
They are constantly trying to get huge influxes of new players because they are constantly losing old players in droves... They do not seem to understand or care that thier underhanded and shady buisness practices dont work for a long term plan.
