The nearly innumerable programming errors often times negates any financial investment with no recourse. Answers to all complaints are the same, "We are too backlogged to get to your complaint but rest assured we are working on it."
They announce fixes almost every day and yet nothing is ever fixed. Same issues again and again. The Kixeye complaint page lists errors in the game that they are aware of and ask not to report them, yet there is no progress towards resolution.
Time and money have been invested in this and there is no recourse to a solution to allow that investment to pay off. I believe Kixeye is perpetrating a fraud on it's customers.
