KlearGear They broke my heart!! I ordered 42 heart shaped stress balls for my office staff for Valenties day. The order never shipped. And I got charged $95.53!! San Antonio Texas

I received my company credit card statement and there was a charge for $95.53 on it from Klear Gear. So again I call their 888 number only to find the same voice recordings and again no real person to speak with! I have left messages and sent emails regarding this. I have also disputed this charge with the credit card company I used.
I find this type of company and service appalling and I am surprised there are not more "ripoff" reports regarding this organization!!!
