This company operates like a boiler room operation - luring you in and ripping you off by not providing the product you pay for, not returning any calls or providing customer support and then stealing from your credit card or bank and threatening you. The Dept. of Justice and the State they are registered in needs to investigate this company for fraud, and a class-action lawsuit should be started immediately.
