I had been a custormer pharmacy for almost 8 years, I have never experinced any problems until this new pharmacist. He messed up several of my prescriptions, & when I would call to get it fixed, he wss rude & hateful & hung up on me several times. I never experinced this problems the whole 7 years I had been a custormer of kmart, he tried to embarass me infront of the store mananger because he refused to act decent to me so he could be ugly to me infront of the store manager. He messed up my medicine on purpose, I was always nice & polite to him & then, he accused me of being rude to him & hung the phone up. I have made a complaint to the licening board regarding his actions, & behavior. I have sense changed pharamcy, but I would like to complain how this pharmacist treated me.
I think Its sad the pharmacist acted like this. I had never been treated like this before It was rude for him to hang up on me he was very difficult to deal with.
He got my prescription wrong on purpose just to give me a hardtime. No pharmacist should act rude & hateful toward any custormer they are not suppose to refuse to give you your prescription.
Kmart just throws custormer courtesy out the door. Well I have a new Pharmacy who Is not rude or does not mess my prescription up & does not rudely hang the phone up when calling to ask a question.
But that Is how these are these days custormers don't matter we should just take there abuse & rudeness well we don't have to!.

Chuckie, you just screw up everywhere you go, don't you. Now, not only have you been thrown out of K-Mart, but now Walmart has thrown you out, too, for pitching a tantrum in THEIR pharmacy. You're the ONLY person in the world that has been thrown out of TWO pharmacies. Not to mention being thrown out of two physician's offices for doing the same thing.
So now you have to go to Georgia to see your doctor. Do you have to go to Georgia to get your meds, too ?? Keep screwing up, Chuckles, and soon there will be NO place you can go. Except, of course, the Phenix City Jail, where I understand you are a frequent visitor.

If you don't believe me & still wont to say I caused the problem & I was rude. I don't care I did nothing wrong they should not had been rude to me. But I wasn't going to put up being treated this way. So fine go ahead & blame me saying I was at fault. I don't care.
I would like to also apologize for my spelling errors why, should I apologize to a jerk like you. I was pretty steamed when I wrote this report & I didn't pay attention. But still It don't give you the right to condemn me for It.

Oh I just remembered another point I wanted to make. K-Mart does not need to legally fill your prescription just because you bring it into them. This goes for any location...they have the right to refuse service to you or anyone else as long as it does not violate federal or state discrimination laws.
Per your hundreds of other posts, I have to believe you created your own issues and K-Mart management decided to end their relationship with you and asked you to leave.
They have the right to refuse to fill your prescription and if you continue to act in the way you have did at K-Mart to the next pharmacy..you will find yourself in the same situation again. The only law that would come close here pertains to emergency care at a hospital. The hospital can not legally deny to care for you in the event of a life-threating emergency. Getting a prescription filled is not a life threating emergency regardless on how you see it or the possible outcome if you fail to take your medication.

First you say you been going to the K-Mart pharmacy for 8 years then two sentences later you say 7 year...huh?
As for you claims about messing up your medications on purpose....you have to be kidding right? So you are to trying to tell everyone that a person that went to college for pharmacology (which is 6-8 years long mind you) is willing to throw that all out to "mess up...medications on purpose." Think about the possible outcome if you would have been hospitalized or worse die from this. The legal reminfications toward K-Mart and the pharamacist would have been mind blowing. I don't think there is anyone will to throw their entire life, career and future under the bus so they can mess with you.
Also please use spell check feature before you post another thread. Its the last icon on top of box that you type in..it looks like small check mark with the letters "ABC" above it. The following words were spelled wrong...I have posted the correct spelling after the word as you typed it here:
