Called number on internet for customer service, after going through a maze of options reached someone who said I have to call the store to stop mailings. I called store and of course they said call corporate. Called corporate again and it took several explanations to get someone to do something that should be very simple.
This is very wasteful and irresponsible not to make it easy for consumers to stop mailings.
