Over the past few years, Kraplan University in Phoenix Arizona had hired an EDOA that is unethical, unfair, currupt, and has a history of closing and downsize componies. Buzz Shitser. EDOA, has been employeed at Kraplan for almost 3 years. He leads with fear. unethical practices, and has a history of reducing overhead and closing plants. He was a valuable player in the downfall of the enrollment.  He has spearheads an outsoursing idea that the COO And VP bought hook line and sinker. His experience in a previous employment had cause the company to close.  In my humble opinion,

It would not surprise me if he was getting some bonus to reduce the manpower through unethical practiced to lower the overhead to shut down the Phoenix Location.  They want to blame Senetor Harkins for this but it is simply a lack of a marketing plan and attracting the wrong students. Kaplan is a quality education, there was never any need to offer them 5 week conditional trial. This was a flawed policy, and to hold the admissions accountable to starting a student. without having a specific model as to how to retain the student is just shamless.  Upper management does not have a clue nor are they willing to listen.

With rumors approaching  that the phoenix site is closing on Tuesday, All I have to say is: Thanks again, Mike J, John S. and of course Buzz Shitsir.   Thanks Buzz for wrecking another nice place to work and putting good hard workers that are dedicated out on the streets just before the holidays.  The only change should be is that managment starts leading by teaching , not by fear. and minimum expectations which is a play on works to avoid the government new ruling. 

Shame on all of you. I hope you all sleep well at night knowing that there are people that have families, and families expecting newborns soon and the heartless mindset to even consider the closing is just wrong. We need a change in mangement Edoa. This edoa leads by fear. and retaliates those that stand up and speak. 

Nice job again, Buzz, I bet you made goal , Thanks for destroying all of our careers and throwing our lives upside down.  What was Kraplan thinking, didn't they do a backround check, or at least google buzz prior to being hired. 

And now that he knows he is out of a job he has the balls to fill out an application to enroll so that his education gets paid for in the future through Gift of knowlege.

Your a real loser buzz. go find another place to close, try woolworths! and your croanies that you hired are a piece as well. You did well loser. Go away!  find some remote island to take a one way trip there.  Your idea were terrible and you were a big part of why the downsize of kraplan occurred.
