Kristina Kohl Kristina Hughey Fraudulent Horse sale Berthoud, Colorado

I am a client of the above mentioned person. I find her to be honest and have known her for the past four years. I reviewed all the information regarding the sale of the horse in question. Net Posse assumed all the worst and never contacted, but accused and threatened. Net Posse is anything but impartial. Ms Hughey was never charged with or convicted of any crime as non was found or exsisted. It was a simple mis understanding that was taken to far. They buyer of Standing Still bought the horse with a bad check,  Therefore Ms Hughey, sold the horse to another buyer, , the first buyer still claimed the horse and came to pick the horse up and the horse was already on the way to the second buyers home. Consquently the second buyer could not get along with the horse and the horse went back to the first buyer. Ms Hughey only recieved one payment for the horse, which is why no charges were brought aganist her.

I personally know that Ms Hughey has been drug through the mud and her reputation as a solid and outstanding horse trainer ruined...all from lack of communication and many people jumping to conclusions. Net Posse is one of the worst organizations Ive ever dealt with, they made up their minds before getting all the facts. Ms Hughey has never been anything but honest with me, my family, my friends and I would trust her with any animal or child.
