Kunst Realty Vince Kunst a man whom you NEVER want to rent from. Please read my story before you EVEN THINK of renting from him. Sausalito , California

So I will make this brief because I feel as though people should know what this Vince Kunst is all about PRIOR to renting an apt. First of all please feel free to email as I have written and verbal documentation of everything. Vince loves to bully his tenants. I had nose bleeds from his carpets for the first 90 days of moving in. When I approached him about this his emails as well as voicemails were as though it was a massive headache to him to RE steam the carpets he SAID were promised to being with. I was locked out of my apt late at night (more than 3 times!!!!) because of the way the locks were configured.

Imagine getting home from a 12 hour day and can not get in your apt and calling your landlord, you are exhausted, and all you get is sheer attitude, an absolute mess of a response. I was sitting outside of my building freezing and he is giving me attitude. He is always rude even to any guest that I have had over. Demanding barking....he has ZERO social skills. When it comes to moving out....... better hire a CREW to make sure that the apt was left in better shape then when you left it!!! He will RIP YOU OFF! with "repairs" 

He is charging me for blinds that HE REPLACED WHEN I LIVED THERE!!! The other items I cant bring up because I am taking him to court.  Just do yourself a favor. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!!!! He will scam the hell out of you and be a MASSIVE headache to boot!!!!!! Rent anywhere but from him!
