An amount of $14.95 was charged to my VISA debit card from Kurtz Enterprises, Inc. This company and transaction amount immediately stood out to me on my monthly bank statement as something which I did not authorize.

I will be calling my bank (Bank of America) to dispute the charge, as it has only been 12 days since the date of the transaction.
