LA FITNESS BODY OF CHANGE UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD BILLING FOR PERSONAL TRAINING! WATCH OUT!! DON'T SIGN! FT. WASHINGTON PENNSYLVANIA

I wanted a 3-month training session. PERIOD. An amount was agreed on and I was told that I would be billed twice on my credit card. I was billed 3 times. When I called and told them their must be a mistake, I was informed that it was an automatic bill and I signed a contract. I NEVER saw a contract and my signature was from a credit card box that was transferred to a paper contract so that I did not see the auto monthly bill.

I was able to get the auto bill cancelled, but not the 3rd unauthorized charge. I am very angry. How dare they sell a finite group of sessions and not tell the consumer that they are signing up for a "subscription."

SHAME ON BODY OF CHANGE!! and SHAME ON LA FITNESS FOR ALLOWING THESE SLEEZEBALLS TO REPRESENT THEM!
