Tried cancelling however, they gave me all these "steps" I had to follow. Then my credit card information expired so they couldn't charge me anymore. They called asking for that and I told them I wanted to cancel and they said ok. Since then, they have called at least 2 dozen times asking for the information. Today, I received calls from at least 3 different locations advising that they wanted my information. I told the last one not to call me anymore and that I have cancelled the account. He kept going on and on about how their "procedure" was different than my "procedure". I told him, I really did not care as their customer service was so poor. They are so glad to get your money but ever try to cancel and they make your life as difficult as possible. NEVER sign up for a gym membership where they automatically can charge you because they will continue to do so even if you don't use their services for YEARS. LA Fitness - shame on you, your management and your personnel.
