L.A. Fitness ,Universal City & Studio City, Those Dumbbells tried to rip me off. Internet

L.A. Fitness (Studio City & Universal City)They tried to rip me off of a $100 transfer fee. My friend and I joined the Studio City L.A. Fitness location and shortly after I wanted to changelocations because the Studio City location was poorly kept and had inferior equipment to every other gym I have been a member of in Los Angeles (I only joined as it was half way between my trainingpartners and my residence). They told me I could transfer my membership with no charge to the Universal City location. When I showed up to the Universal City location, they would not honor this and tried to charge me and my friend $100 for the transfer and even had the audacity to ask us for $5 each to train at the gym for that day, which of course we did not pay. The L.A. Fitness organization is poorly run and they staff their facilities with uneducated and rude managers, which could care less aboutcustomer service. 

I would strongly recommend that anyone that is thinking about signing up at any of their locations, not to. This company is not honorable and could care less about their members.
