LA Fitness Stolen deposit refund delays over a months now ripoff Federal Way Washington

I wanted to find out about filing a class action law suit with LA Fitness for first off filing me under an incorrect account within body of change under a different customer account.

Then when I went to ask for my money to be returned got the run around and now its going on a months later $671.00 is still not returned also I gave them the bank account numbers personally to make sure they mad no errors and instead of putting it back where they took it from (a checking account) they said they did a recredit to a master card.

Now they want proof of they withdraw from my account etc. which is no problem to provide but my question is where is my money and how much of my time am I going to spend trying to get the resloved.

Anjola at the branch in federal way was helping me some but now shes avoiding my calls each time I call.
What kind of legal action can one do to this type of situation.
