LA Fitness LA Fitness bought Ballys, and Ballys took money out of my account 4 days before they closed. LA Fitness took over, and I cancelled my membership, now LA Fitness in NOv 2012 just debited my bank accoun Lake Oswego, Oregon

I had an existing membership with Ballys and cancelled it after they shut their doors and took money from my account one day before. I cancelled it at that time and here a year later, LA Fitness debits my checking account for twice the amount of Ballys.

I dont understand how dishonest these gyms can be, I have never used LA Fitness Club nor am I a member, they send you to a corporate office in California to talk to an account manager, they tell you they will cancel your membership but they still want the cost to be paid to them.

LA Fitness bought old Ballys gyms with wore out equipment, and now taking everyones bank information and charging high gym amounts. Absoultely insane and very dishonest.

My bank is BOA and now getting charged bank fee because my account is now overdrawn. LA Fitness is dirt in my book and would NEVER be a memeber as how they have handled this transaction.
