I purchased a case of take off juice during a promotion in December 2010. I got to use 4 out of the 12 bottles before they expired. I was told when I went to in that there were no exchanges, no refunds and when I requested contact from the company - I got no response at all.
This company is out for your money (once they have it you are just anouther number). Buyer beware.
I continue with the program because I prepaid in full and there are no refunds but I will not purchase any of their products and would suggest that all concerned be careful what you sign up for. If the products had expired before I purchased them I would be contacting the health and food safety Canada.
Being told I should of frozen the bottles (which by the way would not have fit in my fridge freezer) before they had expired was all the suggestions that I was given. I have since looked at other products since then and have found one box that was expired of LA lites and several that were close to expiration when they were sold to me.
