LAKE RESERVE AT LAKESHORE UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT, I AM DISABLED,AND OFFERED TO MOVE ON JUNE 1ST AND THEY KEPT ME THERE DUE TO THE LAWYERS, AND ME RESERACHING TRYING TO RESEARCH LAW, THIS HAS MADE ME VERY SICK, MOLD ANDMIDEW HORRIFIC, THEY WERE MALICOUS, BURSTING IN MY APARTMENT,AFER MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER CALLED THEM. JUST ANGER ripoff CHATTANOOGA Tennessee

WELL, THEY RIPPED ME OFF OF A MONTHS LEASE AND I HAVE A LETTER STATING THAT THEY WOULD NOT CASH, DEPOSIT, NOR APPLY TO ACCOUNT

THEY MARKED THRU THE DO NO DEPOSIT THAT THEY WROTE ON IT, AND DID NOT EVEN ENDORSE IT , TN LAW STATES, NO CHECKS CAN BE CASHED, AFTER LEASE, OR MOVE OUT. THE CHECK WAS WRITTEN IN MAY,

I HAVE ASKED FOR A MONTH NOW FOR A WALK THRU, AND TO NO AVAIL. TN LAW SAYS TO BOTH WALK THRU, AND BOTH SIGNATURES, ALSO THEY GAVE ME THE NON RENEWAL OF LEASE.

ON A APRIL 30, AND THAT WAS THE LAST DAY OF MY LEASE, TN LAW STATES THAT YOU GIVE IT 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE LEASE, AND THEY EITHER LIED TO THE LAWYER, AND HE HAD THE PAPERS AND LIED TO THE COURTS, OR DID NOT HAVE THE ENTIRE STORY TN LAW SAYS TO DEDUCT PERCENTAGE OFYOUR 6 MONTH LEASE, AND DEDUCT IT AND THEY SHOULD REFUND THAT MONEY, AND ALSO, THE DEPOSIT IS NOT FOR DAMAGES, ONLY UNPAID RENT.

SO I GUESS I AM OWED QUITE A BIT I HAVE ALL OF THE TN CODES. IF ANYONE WANTS HELP, BECAUSE AFTER A MONTH, THE WILL NOT QUIT PUTTING ME IN STRESS, AND WILL NOT CALL ME FOR A WALK THRU.

I NEVER EVEN HAD THE LANDLORD KEEP IN TOUCH WITH ME. AS I WORK FOR AL GORE, AND THEY HAVE BEEN TURNED OVER TO ABOUT 20 OR 40 EPA AND GOVERMENT AGENCIES. AGAIN, TN STATE LAW STATES YOU CAN BE EVICTED FOR CONTACTED AGENCIE,THEY DID NOT EVEN RESPOND TO COMMUNITY AFFAIRS OF 3 ETTERS.

I GUESS THEY THING THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW. BUT AFTER A MONTH, THE LAW ON MY SIDE, IS WAY OVER THEM. VERY SICK, MY DOG ON BENEDRYL, MOLDED GROUT WARPED DOORS AND BASEBOARD, IS ROTTING

I HAD A SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR COME DOWN, AND THAT AND MUCH MUCH MORE IS IN MY LAWSUIT. IF YOU HAVE A LANDLORD YOU ALLOW THEM THE TIME TO REPAIR DAMAGES, I EVEN ASKED TO I WAS SO SICK, AND I GO TO MY PSYCHIATRIST ABOUT THE PANIC ATTACKS OF THEM WALKING IN ON ME TOLD ME TO TAKE SLEEPING PILLS, AND THEY REALLY ARE QUIET ILLETERIATE, TO ALLOW THEIR ATTORNEY TO LIE OR THEY LIED TO THE ATTORNYEY. JUDGES SEE ONE LIE, AND CASE IS LOWERED ON THEIR SIDE. ALSO POSTPONED THE DATE OF THE COURT, WITH ME ASKING THEM TO, AND FOUND OUT THE LAST DAY IT HAD BEEN PASSED. I WILL UPDATE

I believe what Pam is saying and just wanted to know what has happened to her since she has moved! There is a lot of mold in the apartments !! And other things do go on but you can't say much or you will need to move. Since the new owners took over (D.E.L.) things really went down hill fast. I just want to know how everything turned out with Pam!
