Lakeside Plaza homeowner association embezzler, Frank Perau (Washoe County D.A. Case # 406537)sleeps cozy at night with a roof over his head this holiday season, however, the same cannot be said for Perau's embezzlement victims. Perau's victims (many of them elderly and disabled) have faced (illegal) foreclosure and many are homeless this holiday season. Even if Perau's fraud victims seek rental housing, they are denied due to derogatory credit caused by illegal foreclosure. Perau's crimes are the kind of crimes that "just keep giving" this holiday season.
Lakeside Plaza's HOA attorney not only defended HOA embezzler, Frank Perau, she is also connected to Las Vegas HOA attorney, Nancy Quon, whom is currently being investigated by the FBI. However, six years' of HOA fraud, there is still no help in sight for Lakeside Plaza homeowner association fraud victims.
HOA embezzler, Frank Perau, FBI, Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto, Reno Police, and Washoe County District Attorney, Dick Gammick are the GRINCHES THAT STOLE OUR CHRISTMAS (AND HOMES)!
