They automatically charge the renewal, without specifically saying when the next billing date is. If training starts on Dec 3, how can one possibly know 90 days ends on Feb 25 2013?
When contacted, they refused to cancel the credit card charge.
I normally dont provide such bad review, but the lack of getting hold of anyone in the office, combined with attitude shown towards clients clearly indicates they only care about fleecing clients. Pls stay away, all info needed for any training that Lance Edwards provides is freely available from other sources on web/youtube. There is nothing to be gained here.
As stated above, they are keen on collecting as much fees as possible. Stay away and find free learning resources.
