this company do not give security deposits back. i sued them and the owner had another court the same day that our court was so after that he postponed the court again because "he was sick" as he stated in the official small claims form. So 3rd time i went there i won the court of course and even their appeal disposed by judgement .

After that since they didn't give me my security deposit plus the expenses back  i ordered an examination of their assets and the owner of the company wrote in the official form that got from the clerk.... guess what :! that he is earning $1 per month . So we were only me him and the judge and after a thourougly investigation from the judge he said.... Oh i made a mistake . Any way the lawsuit was against his company and not him personally (my mistake-i should have request 2 claims)

Now he has to deal with collection agencies. I would recommend you to stay away from this company.Those are PUBLIC RECORDS since anybody can find out the process of the case if he/she search in the official los angeles superior court site.

I am truly sorry if you had to deal with LANCEVILLE PROPERTY INC. / LANCEVILLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT . You'll waste your time going to the court . If you 're planning to sue the company include the name of the owner . In that case you will get your money back on the spot.
