Let me start of by saying that this is one crooked Criminal Lawyer...
He lives only to screw people, steal as much money as possible, and do as little work as possible..
He is very known among the Russians in Queens, and has a reputation of being an extremely incompetent lawyer.. He currently has complaints against him in the second department, and he will soon be disbarred.. As a matter of fact this so called Lawyer should be in jail, as he instructs his clients to pay him in cash so he can avoid paying taxes..
He will steal your money by using his tactics.. First he will start by saying you are facing a very serious charge, your case is one that could end up with a big sentence.. He uses it as a pitch to milk you down of all of your money. Again like i said he feeds of people that are desperate, he says trust me, becomes like a friend, only to screw you in the end...
Of all of my friends that had him as a lawyer, he always made their case worse than would any other lawyer... PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, BEFORE GIVING THIS THIEF ANY MONEY, GO SHOP AROUND AND ASK OTHER LAWYERS ABOUT THIS SCAM ARTIST.. HE IS VERY MUCH KNOWN IN THE LEGAL FIELD, ESPECIALLY BY THE ELITE ATTORNEYS, BECAUSE HE MESSES UP ALL OF HIS CASES....
JUST SHOP HIM AROUND OTHER LAWYERS IN QUEENS AND THE THE CITY, THEY WILL TELL YOU ALL ABOUT HIS REPUTATION OF SCREWING CASES, PUTTING PEOPLE IN JAIL, CONSTANTLY BEING IN CONTEMPT OF COURT, NEVER FOLLOWING WHAT THE JUDGES TELL HIM TO DO.
He told my friend that he will get of his case with probation, Well guess what? My friend ended up getting more than three years in jail because of this incompetent attorney.
All of the judges hate him, and all of the prosecutors call him a "scum bag." HE IS EXTREMELY DISLIKED IN THE LEGAL COMMUNITY.. HE NEVER KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND ALWAYS CALLS OTHER LAWYERS FOR ADVISE.. HE IS SO INCOMPETENT THAT ALL OF HIS MOTIONS ARE ONE-LINERS TO THE JUDGE..
I know alot of people that this lawyer screwed..
He will never answer phone calls, he will take weeks to call you back.. and best of all, he has new excuses all the time... they only get better n better... he will pretend to make you feel comfortable only to take advantage of your weaknesses..
BEFORE YOU RETAIN HIM N PAY HIM A PENNY, GO LOOK AROUND AND SPEAK WITH OTHER LAWYERS... HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ONLY GET YOU MORE JAIL TIME.. HE SCREWED ALL OF MY FRIENDS, AND ALREADY HAS A NAME IN THE RUSSIAN COMMUNITY AS A "CRAPPY LAWYER."

AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS..... BY THE WAY- THERE ARE PENDING COMPLAINTS AGAINST HIM IN THE GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE...
