LAinks Purchased 2 Dell Series 5 inkjet cartridges. Are defective. EMails to get RMA wil not go through. Voice Mail instructs you to leave a message, no return call is ever received. This place is a rip o Chatsworth., California

Received and installed first cartridge, print image was unreadable, adjusted printer to darkest print,still unreadable. Same problem with 2nd cartridge.
Prepared E-Mail requesting a return authorization. E-Mails will not go through.
Called LAinks telephone # and recording states that this company only responds to messages left.
I left a message describing my problem as directed.
No telephone nor E-Mail response.
