LBS TAX SERVICES RIPPED ME OFF WITH A HIDDEN CHARGES AND FEES MIAMI, Florida

I responded to an ad that was posted all over Miami at the time. I went in and filed with them. I was quoted an amount from LBS that I was suppose to recieve back for my taxes. They said it would be about a week. instead it took 2 weeks for me to get it deposited into my checking account. when i did get the refund, it was about $900 less than what they quoted me. I spoke to IRS and they told me I was suppose to get that whole money back, nothing was withheld from their end. IRS deposited the money directly to the tax preparer and then they were suppose to release the money to me. they did just that but $900 less. LBS is saying thats fees and taxes they charge per page. I think this is outrageous. This for sure will never EVER  happen to me again.
