i asked several questions about the pricing of the return i was doing and was reassured by the preparer that this fee was from the IRS and their fee was only $75. i did ask again why the fee was about $950 which is what i saw then and i was told it was for the forms that needed to be filled out, i feel so hurt that i was taken such advantage of and the would not even complete my refund by adding my school information .they said i needed to wait until march and make an amendment.
