LE Living Esentials - Cigarrest UNAUTHORIZED CREDIT CARD USE & SOLICITATION! 170 Eucalyptus Ave. Vista California

We received our credit card statement today and in reviewing the transactions we noticed that a company by the name of LE Living Essentials had charged us $69.00. This was not a company that we reconized. We called the 866 number located on the statement only to find out that they do not tell you the name of the company or the product that you paid 69.00 for! The automated system takes you through automated system asking for either your credit card info(haha) or your telephone number to receive a refund. We choose to go through this authomated system and we did provide our telephone number to get the refund and we did receive a confirmation number. Still not satisfied, We decided to investigate further. In my investigation we came across information that Cigarrest soliciated our credit card information to LE Living Essentials without our knowledge or consent. I decided to call Cigarrest. Cigarrest in NO WAY wanted to help me and provided me the same number that I called orginally. He did, however confirm that we were not the first he had heard from and that there is currently an investigation being conducted.

We are not sure if we will ever see our $69.00, but we wanted to make sure others were aware of what is happening with these companies. For those who wish to quit smoking - BEWARE! Our recommendation is to use Chantix, it works better and for us it has been a lot cheeper!
