I have used LFG since 2004-had 48 mo/lease-had credit card machine I was leasing for 62 mo.Dec 2009-man representing LFG came in to update machine-no cost-took old machine-Jan-Feb several deductions came out of business acount-called LFG-everyone was very rude and would not explain charges-told me I had signed a new lease-non-cancellable- I stated I did not sign new lease. They stated the man that came in and updated machine did not represent them-I stated I am done with this company.I am sending new machine back.I asked how could I sign a new lease if no one from LFG has been in touch with me.They state they have signed contract-but the man that came out to update machine does not represent them-I explained I did not sign a new lease. Then I started to get the harassing calls and letter to appear in court in another state.I have contacted Boston Office of Attorney General and they said the office takes formal action where there is widespread harm to consumers. If it involves a large number of consumers they may be of assistance.Anyone that has been harrassed by LFG please contact - Office of Attorney General-Boston, MA-617-727-2200.
