LED Outfitters Takes money - No product shipped / No return on phone calls or email Great Neck, New York

I ordered a amber light on 03/19/10 they ran the credit card  on 03 /22/10 and sent me a email @ 1:38pm telling me that the light is backordered and would be in stock in 2 weeks , if this was a problem to call for a full refund I called and got a answering machine left message for them to call received no return call .

I waited until the 24th and called again got the machine again ,left a message requesting a full refund no return call , sent them a email still no response , sent him another email on the 29th reafirming my refund request- still no response.

On the 9th of April I sent him another email giving him 72 hours to ship the product or give me my refund recieved no response - called him on 13th he said it was shipping out on the 14th - called him on the 15th he said it was shipped out on the 14th I asked for the tracking number he said that the phone call forwarded to his cell and I was to call him back @ 10am on the 16th for the number , called him 5 times on the 16th and got the machine everytime left messages and still have no light or response.

I live in PA and order from NY all the time and have the item with in 24 hours in my opinion this company is a rip off and a liar - not only am I out my money but this has cost me a good customer.

I have now turned this over to my bank and filing a theft report with the police to take over and try to get my oney back , PLEASE do not do buisness with this company and if you do ABSOLUTLY do not pay up front make him ship it COD!
